These terms apply to Face Yoga: Daily Glow (“the app”). The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add to the EULA; where they conflict, the EULA applies.
Wellness, not medical advice
The app offers general wellness content: face yoga, facial massage and gua sha routines. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Move gently and stop if anything hurts. If you have jaw or TMJ problems, recent facial surgery or injections, a skin condition, or any other health concern, talk to a doctor before you start.
The optional AI face check suggests focus areas for your routine. It is not a medical or cosmetic assessment.
Subscriptions
The app is free to download. An optional auto-renewing subscription unlocks all programs and lessons. The plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If you start a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends when the subscription is purchased.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. See Apple’s guide to cancelling a subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Content
Lesson videos are made by independent instructors and played from YouTube under YouTube’s terms. Miri, the app’s artwork and text belong to us. Please don’t copy or redistribute them.
Acceptable use
Use the app for your own personal, non-commercial wellness routine. Don’t try to misuse, reverse-engineer or overload the app or its server, and only submit photos of yourself to the face check.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage that comes from using the exercises or other content. You are responsible for exercising within your own comfort and health limits.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
